Progress

In 2010, I embarked on what I thought would be my last weight-loss journey.  I successfully lost nearly 30lbs but gained most of it back through the winter months.  In 2011, I’m changing my focus.  Instead of focusing on numbers and working the scale, I’m going to focus on health and fitness and how I feel!  I’m so excited to use this page to share my progress (numbers, feelings, and health) with all of you!
